The forms can be filled out electronically and emailed to the above email address, or you can print and email. If you don’t have access to a computer or printer you can pick up a paper copy of the forms from the Laura Post Office.
Hall hire is subject to availability when booking form is received.
All bookings are to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance with the exception of funerals and celebration of life services.
Once booking form has been received and availability of the hall has been confirmed, the committee will organise an invoice to be emailed to you.
Once invoice has been paid in full, you will be sent an email with details on how to access the Hall including collecting and returning keys.
This key will need to be returned at the end of the hire period as agreed.
Hall Hire costs (as of January 2026):
Full hire of Civic Centre = $300
Amenities Room & Kitchen only = $100
Meeting Room only = $55
Funeral hire = $200
All above hires have full access to toilets including accessible toilet.
