The Laura Community Development and Tourism Association (LCDTA) hosts a golf day at the local Laura Golf Course to raise much needed funds for the town and its development. Approximately 14 teams participate in an ambrose, 18 hole competition, with numerous prizes given throughout the day.
The golf day is a major fund raiser for the LCDTA and the event has been named in honour of former patron Aus Condon.
